How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, fill in your details, verify your email, and you're ready to start supporting your family!
How do I add family members?
Go to Dashboard → Family Members → Add Family Member. Enter their details including address in Zimbabwe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Creem.io (international cards), Paynow, EcoCash, and OneMoney for Zimbabwe-based payments.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2-4 hours. Express delivery (1-2 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Can I schedule services in advance?
Yes! Most services support scheduling for future dates. Select your preferred date and time when placing an order.
How do I track my orders?
Go to "My Orders" in your dashboard to see all orders. Click on any order to view real-time tracking information.
